Petition to include the LGBTQ category in Tumblr’s directory recommendations

It doesn’t matter if some people might abuse the category - we have to face that. We don’t educate people as to why that kind of behaviour sucks by denying them the opportunity to show themselves up as idiots - we change things by tackling those kind of deep-seeded prejudices head on, by punishing those who abuse the categories like tumblr claims to do for other sections. Yes, queer people want protecting from harm and hate, but we don’t want to be mollycoddled!
